CLASSES THAT DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 6 REGISTRANTS MAY BE CANCELED. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SCHEDULE YOU IN ANOTHER CLASS SHOULD THIS HAPPEN.
REFUNDS (MINUS THE $15 REGISTRATION FEE) ARE OFFERED ON CLASSES CANCELED BEFORE THE SESSION BEGINS. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. ALL RETURNED MATERIALS MUST BE UNOPENED OR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND.

Make-Ups:
All make-ups must be scheduled online at our site. Please visit our site at www.goldengatemusictogether.com and follow the directions for scheduling your make-ups. Each registered family is allowed 2 make-ups per session. Make-ups must occur during the session for which you are currently registered. Please schedule your make-ups early in the session as space is limited and spots go quickly! Do NOT drop in on a class without scheduling a make-up.
Discounts:
The discounts for multiple children apply to siblings only. This discount for siblings reflects the fact that each family only receives one set of music materials. If you have more than one unrelated child you wish to register for a class, you must register them separately so that they can each receive their own set of music materials. Children under 6 months of age at the start of class may attend FREE with a paid sibling.
Materials:
Each registered family will receive 2 CDs and a songbook from the current collection. Families new to the program may also request a Parent Guide. Please collect your materials before the 4th week of class.
Switching Classes:
Beginning 1/1/2008, we will assess a $20 fee for switching classes. If you wish to switch your class day and/or time, we will do our best to help you find an option based on your schedule and which classes still have room for additional children. We cannot switch you into classes that are full or have a wait list.
E-mails from Golden Gate Music Together:
E-mails are the quickest and most efficient way for us to notify you of changes to your class schedule. Please make sure we have your current e-mail address on file. If you registered through our website we will have your e-mail on file. You can send an e-mail to us at “info@goldengatemusictogether.com” with your name and class time and we will make sure to update your e-mail address.
If your e-mail program has a spam filter, it may block e-mails from Golden Gate Music Together. The best way to avoid that (and make sure you receive important e-mails from us) is to add us to your address book or update your filter to allow e-mails from “info@goldengatemusictogether.com”.
Food & Drinks:
No food or snacks are allowed in the classroom. Please wash your child's face and hands before entering the classroom. This simple step can help eliminate exposure to allergens for our students with allergies. We appreciate your cooperation!
Please do not bring coffee or other hot beverages into the classroom.
Participation in class:
All grown-ups attending class must participate in classroom activities. If you have physical limitations that do not allow for full participation, please participate to the best of your ability.
Please do not talk during class. Visiting with your friends is encouraged before and after class. Please enjoy the 45 minutes of music with your child.
Children will participate at their own level and when they are ready. Please watch and support your child during the entire time you are in the classroom.
Safety:
SAFETY OF ALL CHILDREN IS A PRIORITY. Parents & caregivers are responsible for the behavior of their children. If your child is consistently behaving in a way that presents a safety issue for other children in the classroom (ie hitting, biting or pushing), you may be asked to step out of class until the behavior is resolved. If the behavior persists, Kelly will contact you and discuss options. This may result in refunding the remaining portion of your tuition (minus the $37 materials fee).
Illness:
Please do not bring a sick child to class. See above for our Make-Up policy.
